Delete your WildStat account and data

Effective September 12, 2026

Request deletion of your WildStat account and associated game data by contacting our support team. You do not need to reinstall the game or sign in to this website.

Request account deletion

Or email support@wildstatmmo.com with the subject WildStat account deletion.

What to include

Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or payment-card details. Support will verify ownership and explain any additional information needed. A player name alone does not authorize deletion.

What is deleted

Deletion covers your WildStat authentication account and associated game identifiers, profile, saved progress, stats, inventory, research, virtual currency and game transaction records, guild and social associations, messages, reports, and associated diagnostics in active systems. It does not delete another player’s independent account or copies of messages they have saved outside the game.

Account deletion is permanent. Your character, equipment, progress, and remaining virtual items will no longer be available.

Timing and limited retention

Our target is to complete a verified request within 30 days. We will tell you if additional time is needed. Limited support or safety records may remain while an unresolved investigation, dispute, or legal retention requirement applies. If that affects your request, we will explain which records are retained and the applicable period. Provider backups expire through their backup lifecycle; deleted accounts are not restored to active use from backups.

Delete specific data without closing your account

You may use the same email address with the subject WildStat data deletion and identify the information you want removed, such as a message or support submission. We will verify ownership and explain any limitation, including where removing essential account data requires closing the account.

You can reach this page from Settings → Account → Account and data deletion in updated versions of the game. Uninstalling the app or clearing local storage alone does not delete server-side data.
